The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 65 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
It appears from the statement made by the victim girl under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C that she has affection with the petitioner and has married with him. It further appears from the medical report that the age of the victim girl is 17-18 years. Considering the fact that it is a case of elopement and that the girl herself submitted that she had married with the

No.30480 of 2016 (2) dt.02-09-2016 2/2 petitioner even before she was love with him, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Bihar Sharif in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 65 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
