Petitioner is not named in the first information report and from perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that the petitioner was arrested and made his confessional statement at para 290 of the case diary and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Surendra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Aurangabad/concerned court in Simra P.S. Case no. 16/2004.
