The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 273/2018 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 147/448/ 341/ 323/ 325/ 379 /307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation is false and mischievous as the petitioner herself is an invalid lady and could not have participated in the occurrence.

Considering the distinct cloud on the prosecution story, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of
