JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-11-2016 The petitioner claims himself to be the ex-Secretary of the School in question. He files a writ application for a direction upon the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board to constitute the Managing Committee for what is known as Heera Pandey Sanskrit Primary-cum-Middle School, Jaitpur, Nalanda.

Since the Rule relating to such recognition, approval etc. has undergone a change in the year 2015 the petitioner has no locus whatsoever.

From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents it is evident that the necessity for constitution of a Managing Committee has already been noticed by the respondent

In view of the above, nothing is required to be said or done in the present writ application.
