JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, some witnesses including Shravan Gupta claimed to have identified the petitioner and others. It is surprisingly enough that the aforesaid Shravan Gupta was present along with the informant when the alleged occurrence took place but he did not disclose name of the petitioner before institution of the present case.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33747 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 each in connection with Saur Bazar (Baijnathpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 344 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 101 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Saharsa.
