For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Arun Kumar, Advocate For the Respondent/s : Mr. Ajay(GA-12) Mr. Pratik Kumar Sinha, AC to GA-12 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 05-07-2016 With the help of this application, made under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought for issuance of appropriate writ(s), directing the respondents to complete the investigation of Nawadah Muffasil P.S. Case No.208 of 2015 properly and expeditiously.

By this application, the petitioner has also sought for execution of the warrant of arrest, which has been issued against respondent Nos.7 and 8.

As the accused have already been arrested by virtue of

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.568 of 2016 (3) dt.05-07-2016 2/2 the warrant of arrest, which had been issued against the accused, the prayer for issuance of direction as regards execution of warrant of arrest has become infructuous.

Having considered the averments made in the writ petition and materials on record and upon hearing the parties, it is hereby directed that respondent No.4, namely, Superintendent of Police, Nawadah, shall enquire into the grievances raised in the writ petition, do the needful in accordance with law and complete the investigation expeditiously, preferably, within a period of six months, ensuring proper, fair and effective investigation in such a way that no innocent person is harassed and necessary security of the petitioner is taken care of.

Let a copy of this order be sent forthwith to the Superintendent of Police, Nawadah, and Officer-in-Charge, Nawadah Muffasil Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
