The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant lodged the case for robbing of Rs. 42,318/-, mobile and other articles. During the course of investigation, Ajay Kumar Tatwa was apprehended and he confessed his guilt. Except the confession of the co-accused the police did not collect any tangible material nor put the petitioner on test identification parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Bihiya P.S. Case No. 23 of 2015.
