JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-08-2024 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 22.3.2023, passed in CWJC No. 3659 of 2023, the Circle Officer, Azamnagar, has already passed the final order, under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, on 26.10.2023 and it is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that steps are being taken to remove the encroachment in question.
