1. The question regarding the date from which the petitioner would be treated as absorbed in service as a Physical Training Instructor is being examined by the committee of the University and final decision in this regard yet to be taken. In view thereof, learned counsel for the respondents submits that as on today the writ petition is premature.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the respondents are examining the question with regard to the date of regularization, he will wait for the said result.
3. Keeping in view above, the present writ petition is disposed of with expectation that the decision in this regard
Patna High Court CWJC No.2609 of 2018(4) dt.17-10-2022 2/2 shall be taken by the respondents expeditiously within period of two months. It is made clear that if the petitioner still has any grievance, he would be always free to take up the remedy available for redressal. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
