The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No.168 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 149, 379, 323, 307, 504, 353 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code; Section 27 of the Arms Act; Rules 11 and 56 of the Bihar Minor Minerals (CPTS) Rule 2019 and Section 15 of the Environment Protection Act, 1986.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
