Petitioner is said to have given twice farsa blow causing head injury to the informant but learned counsel for the petitioner submits that annexure 2, photo state copy of the injury report of the injured, reveals that only one injury was found on the face of the informant. Furthermore, it was also found that blood was oozing out from nose and mouth.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant produced injury report said to be issued by private doctor and moreover, when the police sent requisition for issuance of injury report, the police noticed only one injury below right eye. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
