Petitioner is said to have been caught by the police on the alleged date of occurrence and one country made katta along with three cartridges, mobile set and cash were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 23.5.2015.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Kochas P.S. Case no. 64/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
