No.02 of 2024 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are numerous amendments and deletion to be made from various paragraphs of the writ application and hence he prays that liberty be given to the petitioner to withdraw the writ application in order to file a fresh writ application with all corrections and changes.

3. As prayed for by the petitioner this writ application is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ application.

4. The writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner.

5. The above order has been passed with the consent of all the parties and all pending interlocutory applications shall stand disposed of.
