Petitioner is alleged that while he was offering wine to other persons in house then the Police went there. Petitioner and other accused persons assaulted the informant and others. Considering the allegations made against the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2015, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S.
