JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-04-2019 In the present case petitioner has raised the grievance of inaction on the part of the Anchal Adhikari, Barharia in Encroachment Case No. 2/2017-18.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the proceeding is pending for approximately two years but it has not been taken to its logical end and till date the encroachment has not been removed.

Considering the aforesaid, the Circle Officer, Barharia is directed to take appropriate decision in pending encroachment

Patna High Court CWJC No.2769 of 2018(3) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 case after hearing the encroachers and all other persons likely to be adversely affected within a period of four months. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
