The grievance of the petitioner is that he was transferred by the competent authority violating the teachers promotion rule, 2011 and notification vide memo no. 571 dated 24.8.2012 and memo no. 240 dated 19.2.2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already joined at his new place of posting but he raised his grievance before the competent authority but up till now, his grievance has not been redressed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11212 of 2016 (2) dt.05-09-2017 In view of the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before respondent no.4 within six weeks by filing fresh representation and if the petitioner does so, respondent no.4 shall dispose of representation petition within six weeks from the date of its filing in accordance with rule and law.
