The statement of victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. reflects that she, herself, went to meet the petitioner and when she reached bus stand, she as well as petitioner were caught by the police. The victim has also stated that she was not kidnapped by any person. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.
