The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 385, 506 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and other accused is said to have assaulted the informant and took up five thousand rupees from the pocket of the informant. The informant had gone by Bolero vehicle to attend the marriage ceremony. It is submitted that some altercation also took place and for which the petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34362 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Neemachandpura P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015.
