According to prosecution case itself, father of the informant died of heart attack and so far as setting fire on the house of the informant is concerned, the informant has not stated who set fire on his house. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but the charge sheet has already been submitted and petitioner is in jail custody since 17.01.2015.
