JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual court proceedings. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 73 of 2013 instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2019 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation is of looting Rs. 26,000/- and a mobile from the informant on point of knife.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. was against unknown and the name of this petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Raj

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45978 of 2021(2) dt.06-01-2022 2/2 Kumar. It is also submitted that the petitioner till date has not been put on T.I.P.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2019, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and his name transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 73 of 2013.
