This modification petition has been filed for modification of order dated 02.01.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44836 of 2013.

It is pointed out that in para 2 of order dated 02.01.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44836 of 2013, in place of Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code, it has inadvertently been typed as Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Accordingly, in place of Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, it be read as Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code in para 2 of order dated 02.01.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44836 of 2013.
