It appears from Annexure 'M' to the show-cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties no. 3 and 6 that the application of the petitioner was duly considered by the Special Security Committee in its meeting held on 04.05.2018 and final order has been passed in this regard which has been communicated to the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that the said order is an appealable order.
