Petitioner is said to have given one Hasuli blow causing injury on the head of the informant but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was himself assaulted by the prosecution party for which petitioner lodged Desari P.S. Case no. 18/2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Desari P.S.
