JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 26-06-2023 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be appearing before the Respondent no. 6, Nagar Panchayat Warisaliganj, Nawada along with all relevant documents in support of his contention that the entire work has been done.

He, however concedes that the said order has been passed in compliance with the order dated 04.08.2017 (Annexure-C) passed by the office of the Lokayukt, Bihar, Patna and as such he may be given liberty to take appropriate steps in challenging the said order.
