The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511, 354 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST Act.

The informant made allegation against the petitioner that he made abortive attempt to outrage the modesty of his daughter while she had gone to attend the call of nature. It is submitted that the police after investigation submitted final form finding the case false, but the learned Judicial Magistrate took cognizance differing with the findings of the investigating officer. The petitioner is in jail since 02.06.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 21⁄2 months.
