Learned counsel for the petitioners wants modification in the order dated 02.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4893 of 2020 and he submits that though the petitioners were granted bail but they could not surrender before the court below to furnish bail bonds and obtain bail within the time prescribed on account of the spread of Covid-19 and now they are ready to surrender before the court below and making prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28205 of 2020(2) dt.23-02-2021 2/2 for extension of time.

In such view of the matter, the time for surrender of the petitioners before the court below is extended further for four weeks from today.

Accordingly, the order dated 02.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4893 of 2020 is modified to the aforesaid extent. This modification application is disposed of. This order has been passed in presence of Mr. Binod Kumar No. 3, learned counsel for the State.
