Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/34/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that he has been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion as he was one of the few persons who were last seen with the deceased. It is further contended that three persons, namely, Dilip Rai, Nand Kishore Rai and Ajay Rai, have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Rakesh Rai @ Rakesh Roy, is directed
