The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No.377 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354C, 307, 325, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that Dabloo Ravidas (petitioner no.1) used to make obscene action and to abuse in filthy language in drunken state to the informant. In the evening of 10.08.2018, he again came and started the same behaviour.

In the meantime, other brothers of the petitioner no.1 reached there and, thereafter, their father caused assault to the wife of the informant brutally and caused injury at the head of the informant through lathi and danda. In that course, they also caused injury to Chandrashekhar Ravidas, Chitranjan Ravidas and Satyendra Ravidas, who are under treatment. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, the door of the house of the petitioners is in front of the house of the informant. When the informant and his other family members asked the petitioners to close the door of their house, then the hot exchange of words and occurrence of 'MaarPeet' started in between the parties, in which the petitioners' side also sustained injury regarding which on the basis of the fardbeyan of Umakanti Devi, the wife of the petitioner no.4, Naubatpur P.S. Case No.410 of 2018 was instituted against the informant and his other family members.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
