The petitioner seeks bail in Balrampur P.S. Case No. 21/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that 5-6 persons looted his motorcycle, but on chase two persons, namely Shahid Alam and Raju Shah were arrested with looted motorcycle. Shahid Alam and Raju Shah disclosed the name of the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 22.05.2015 but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade. However, the informant claimed to have identified all the accused persons in the head light. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35324 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K. Mishra, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Katihar, in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 21/2014.
