JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 2012-2014 on the accusation that one loaded country-made pistol was recovered from his possession.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of altogether 6 cases but it appears that except one case, almost all the cases relate to the offence punishable u/S 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 405 of 2014

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36924 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
