The bail petition of the petitioner was earlier permitted to be withdrawn vide order dated 17.05.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 58827 of 2021 with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner have been framed on 26.05.2022 as would be evident from Annexure-3 to the bail application. Since the charges have been framed against the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36277 of 2022(2) dt.20-07-2022 2/2 pending/successor court in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 125 of 2021 with a condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father Md. Habib Further, if the learned court below comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the court below shall forthwith cancel his bail bonds after recording reasons.
