JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 25-08-2015 The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The official building was to be constructed at plot no. 335 but the buildings were constructed on plot no. 334. It is submitted that Rajnikant Ram is the agent. Petitioner did not do any work. Rajnikant Ram withdrew the entire amount of construction of the building which is being used by Ramanand Singh.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S.
