The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 119 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 323, 420, 406, 506 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and on going through the petition of complaint in the instant application, I find that no specific allegation has been made against either of the petitioners. The matter relates to dispute with regard to transaction of immovable property between the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34905 of 2019(2) dt.29-05-2019 2/2 complainant on one hand and Devanand Mandal and Naresh Mandal on the other. The petitioner nos. 1 and 2 happen to be brother and father respectively of Devanand Mandal. In view of the facts and circumstances stated hereinabove, the petitioners namely, (1) Kumod Mandal and (2) Kare Lal Mandal, are directed to surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 119 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
