Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of rape against the petitioner and medical report also corroborates the allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Rafiganj P. S. case no. 245/2013 pending in the court of the Addl. Sessions Judge I (Special Judge POSCO), Aurangabad stands rejected.

However, the trial court should expedite the trial of the petitioner.
