The petitioner seeks bail in Mokama G.R.P. P.S. Case No. 17/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Two mobiles are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner did not give any satisfactory reply. No case lodged with regard to theft of mobiles. The petitioner is in jail since 09.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna Junction, Patna, in connection with Mokama G.R.P. P.S. Case No. 17/2015.
