Learned Senior counsel Mr. Lalit Kishore appearing for BPSC submits that vide order no.8 dated 10.09.2024, there was a specific direction to the counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder to the supplementary counter affidavit and in case of non-filing of the same within the stipulated period, Rs.2000/- cost shall be imposed upon him payable to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

3. Upon perusal of the office notes, it transpires to this Court that reply to the supplementary counter affidavit has not been filed till date.

4. As such, this writ petition stands dismissed due to non-compliance of the Court's order dated 10.09.2024. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Divyansh/- U
