The limited prayer sought in this writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the District Magistrate, Madhubani to consider and dispose of Anganwari Appeal (Misc.) Case No.45 of 2012-13.
Mr. Ashok Kumar Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that being aggrieved by the termination order the petitioner has filed the appeal in question way back in the year 2012 but the same has remained pending. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the limited grievance raised, I deem it proper to direct the District Magistrate, Madhubani to consider and
Patna High Court CWJC No.12884 of 2016 (2) dt.06-03-2017 dispose of the Anganwari Appeal (Misc.) Case No.45 of 201213 in accordance with law and after opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the respondent no.5 as well as any other party found relevant, in case a fresh appointment has taken place in the meanwhile, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
