The petitioner is in custody in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.03.2019. He further submits that in the instant case allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in trade of stolen motorcycle.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on
