2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354(B), 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the learned court below.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner has assaulted on the head of the son of the informant by means of khanti.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that both party are co-villager and just door neighbour. He submits that the injury found upon the victim is simple in nature. He further submits that there in no any witness which have supported the prosecution case. He

5. Learned APP for the State opposes for prayer for bail.
6. Considering the nature of the injury, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court below, where the case is pending/Successor court, in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No.773/2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) ajay/- U T
