The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant parked a motor cycle. After some time a person sat on his motor cycle and wanted to start the same but he was caught and handed over to the police. No theft was committed.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34337 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sugauli (Bettiah) Rail P.S. Case No. 38 of 2014.
