Agrawal, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The two petitioners, being mother-in-law and fatherin-law of the deceased lady who died four years after the marriage, apprehend their arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.54 of 2016 registered for the alleged offences under Section 304 B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Senior Counsel submits that the main allegation is only against the husband, who is already in custody. Petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased lady against whom no overt act has been alleged. Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest or surrender within five weeks from today, the petitioners abovenamed shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds
