JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and prior to institution of this case, the informant had already given Sanha against the petitioner, mentioning the factum of illegal demand as well as torturing.

Admittedly, the victim is still traceless and, therefore, considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No. 312 of 2014 pending in the court of Smt. Richa Bhargav, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Rohtas at Sasaram stands rejected.
