Court is not convinced that there was extraneous reason for annulling the order of transfer by the impugned order contained in Annexure 9.

However, Court does give liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate to consider her request in accordance with law and the Rules when the cases for next round of transfer are taken up.
