Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State. 2.

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 22 of 2023, registered for offences under Sections 363, 366, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to enable them to surrender before the learned court of Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Darbhanga, in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36610 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 No. 22 of 2023, within a period of four weeks from today and file appropriate petition for grant of regular bail, however seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Court to hear and dispose off the regular bail petition, to be filed by the petitioners, on the very same day. Liberty so sought is granted. 4.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioners surrender, within a period of four weeks from today, before the learned Trial Court and file a petition for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and disposed off on the very same day.

The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
