At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State seeks to file counter affidavits, copies whereof have already been filed online. Let the same be kept on record.

The learned counsel for the respondentState has submitted that the dispute in question has been resolved and the petitioners are staying in their houses.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioners does not wish to press the present writ petition. Accordingly, the same stands disposed off as not pressed.
