The petitioner seeks bail in Tribeniganj P.S. Case No. 106/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The informant alleged that some criminals looted away money and mobiles of the informant and others. Later on the informant and others came to know the name of the accused persons, namely Lalan Yadav, Salendra Yadav and Gajendra Pandit but the informant could not know the name of the fourth accused. The petitioner was arrested on 27.04.2015. The informant did not disclose the source of identification of the accused persons. The petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
