The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 8, 21(b) and 27A of the NDPS Act.
As per the prosecution case, 2.6 gm of heroine is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession or his house and he has been falsely implicated in the case. There is no FSL report on record. The petitioner is in custody since 24.4.2021 and has no criminal antecedent.
