2. The District Magistrate, Darbhanga is hereby requested to verify whether was there any FIR for benefit of subject matter of vehicle on 11.02.2023. If it is so, the vehicle shall be released in favour of the petitioner after taking bank guarantee for a period of three months. In the meanwhile, confiscation proceeding shall be completed.

3. In the confiscation proceedings, the concerned
