JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be brother in law of the deceased, who allegedly was subjected to cruelty due to nonfulfilment of illegal demand and subsequently, she was killed. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that after due investigation, police found the case true under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code and moreover, mother in law of the deceased has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36051 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Madhukar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Bagengola P.S. Case No. 16 of 2015.
