For the reasons mentioned in the application, we find that sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay. Consequently, we condone the delay in filing of the present Civil Review Petition. Interlocutory Application stands allowed accordingly. Re.: Interlocutory Application No.8163 of 2016 & Civil Review No.351 of 2016 The present review application is to seek review of the order passed by this Court on 23rd June, 2016 pointing out that even though this Court has ordered that there should be a fresh selection process, but still the appellant of L.P.A. No.183 of 2014 has been offered appointment, which is contrary to the order passed by this Court.
It that be so, the applicant-petitioner has to seek his remedy in accordance with law, but that will not be a ground for review of the order.
